How to Cleanse
Before and After
You can maximize the benefits of your cleanse by dedicating a few days to preparation.
Our recommendation is to pre-cleanse for a couple of days depending upon your current eating habits and lifestyle.
Reduce or avoid caffeine, white sugar, and processed foods before and after your cleanse. Eat more fruit, vegetables and drink plenty of water or herbal teas.
If you're a caffeine lover cut down as much as you can and replace it with Green Tea which is high in anti-oxidants and will help prevent getting any headaches from caffeine withdrawal.

Feel good inside and out
Doing a cleanse is a great time to pamper yourself and take time to do things that make you feel good inside and out.
If you have access to a steam or sauna go for a steam, otherwise have an epsom salt bath at home.
Your skin is your largest detoxification organ and will help with your cleanse.
It's also a great time to have a massage, facial, or holistic treatments to really recharge and relax your entire body.

Move your body
During your cleanse we recommend doing 20 mins of gentle exercise per day. Walking, yoga, swimming and pilates are all great and help move your lymphatic system.
Exercise and good nutrition are both essential to look and feel your best!
